Message	then re-tighten it using vise-grips. Keep an eye on it for leaks for a couple of day, if it stays dry, just leave it alone. A similar fitting rounded off on my Z, it's the one that fits into the caliper. I re-tightened it with vise grips and it hasn't leaked since.
